"Prompt response and great professionalism."
The call was picked up right away. I felt heard and was swiftly transferred. The next day, I received a follow-up and some helpful advice. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is that I was on hold for quite a while, and when I finally connected with someone at the insurance company, it was a cold transfer, so I had to repeat myself.

I’ve only recently gotten a policy with this company, and I gotta say, the customer service has been top-notch right from the start. Tracy, the adviser I chatted with, was absolutely brilliant in addressing my queries. She even went the extra mile to help me get my proof of no-claims bonus from my last insurer. That kind of help really shows how attentive this company is.

"Cancellation of My Home Insurance Policy"
I decided to cancel my home insurance policy with them on February 3rd because I got a new one from another company. There was no talk about any money involved. My policy was set to end on February 9th, yet I kept getting emails about a direct debit to sign. But I had already cancelled the policy well ahead of that deadline. I called them to sort it out, and then I received a letter from Premium Finance Close Brothers about an unpaid direct debit for the insurance. This was all after I had cancelled the policy before February 9, 2023. They’re asking me to cough up £48.97 for the unpaid direct debit and a £30 late payment fee. I’m looking into this with my solicitor since I never got any letters from Close Brothers before.
